2. What’s the Same?
Students will share their Career Guidance Washington Binder Table of Contents and their Goals
Advisor will facilitate this VERY short presentation then Students and Families can visit their other teachers

3. Student Binder Presentation Outline No more than 5 minutes
Welcome
Student starts reading their script showcasing the CGW Binder Table of Contents and their Goals
Share Attendance Data if you think it will be helpful
Start talking about YOUR class (if you have them as a content area student)

4. What’s New?

Students sign up for Conference by calling home in Advisory
Teachers then will enter Conference in Skyward
30 minute time slot starting with your Advisor
Yes. You will need to be brief.
Advisors can also check the box in Skyward to say they attended. More on this later…

5. Fall Conference Registration Process “Just 5 Steps”
will be sent home to parents on Monday, October 24th
Students sign up in Advisory the week of October 24th by calling home during class
Once they pick a time slot, they put their name on the Fall Conference Sign-Up sheet
Advisors complete the Confirmation Letter and send home with individual students
Advisors enter scheduled conferences into Skyward (this will generate a confirmation as well)
Advisors put a copy of your completed Fall Conference sign-up sheet in Gina’s box by Tuesday, November 1st
