exercises like ones above. Ye Shiwen was born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, on March 1, She began swimming when she was only six years old. Ye is not only China’s youngest swimmer at the 2012 London Olympic Games, but also the fastest. She won two gold medals: one in Women’s 200m Individual Medley, and the other in 400m Individual Medley gold medal. She even broke the world record in the 400m event! China, and perhaps the whole world, is proud of Ye. But the swimming champion is very humble谦逊的. She says that her success comes from hard training. “I am very young and I am sure I will get better.” Ye says. We are so proud of you, Ye!
