1. NEAR TICKET

2. Are you interested in seeing what tickets have been placed in the area of your project? 
NEAR TICKET will now give you access to see tickets placed at any location.
If you have a Remote Ticket Entry (RTE) or Design Ticket Entry (DSG) account you now have access to this feature.

3. ACCESS NEAR TICKET THROUGH THE MAP ON YOUR TICKET ENTRY SCREEN

4. After you are finished mapping your ticket
click on Near Tkt . It will show you a list of all other tickets placed near yours, along with the work area that was drawn in the map.

5. Click on one of the ticket numbers listed on the left:
You will get information such as what is being done and which contractor is doing it.

6. NEAR TICKET can be used for many different reasons:
Find out if there will be other digging going on around your job site
Be able to coordinate with other contractors if there is more than one job going on at a site
Find out why a property was flagged
