Clause of the IEEE-SA Standards Board Operating manual requires the TG chair to rule the resolutions for LB 121 CIDs 24, 27, and 31 as out of order
Because D5.0 Clause and Annex A both include changes made from D4.0
It is out of order for the TGw chair to request the WG to progress P802.11w to Sponsor Ballot until these faulty resolutions are corrected
This ruling verified by consultation with WG VC Al Petrick
