Marketing Plan: Articles in Cardinal Points – student newspaper Interviews for PSTV – campus television station Meetings/Enrollment brochures for OTHERS Letter to Parents – January 2008 to encourage enrollment/re-enrollment of students Involve Residence Hall staff – floor meetings, events, etc. (early in each semester) More tabling in January/February 2008 Orientation (Summer 2008) – Information pamphlet/discussion for students, parents

SUNY NY-ALERT Emergency System Are You on the List? Other Things To Do: 1.Work with SUNY during upcoming phases 2. Work with Adirondack Community College to include our 350+ students taking courses/ classes through Branch Campus in ACCs notification system (100 miles away from main campus in Queensbury) 2.Test system on a bi-weekly basis with test campus group 3.Test system once a semester with all enrollees 4.Encourage participation among students, faculty, staff and others on campus
