1. Request for creating a panel to be shown in the Guidebook
In this exhibition, a guidebook will be handed out for free at the entrance of the venue.
The exhibitors’ panels (with company profile, contact information and product and technology information) will be printed in the guidebook. We ask you to please create a panel as an exhibitor. We very much appreciate your cooperation.
【Purpose】
The purpose of the guidebook is to expand business opportunities by allowing exhibition visitors to review the information on your company, including your technologies, and enabling them to contact you without difficulties even after the exhibition is over.
【Format】
The format has been specified so that there will be a sense of unity in the appearance of the panels.
Please use the font “MS Pgothic” in the size specified, if it is at all possible. Your cooperation is appreciated.
【The size when printed and other things to note】
Although this format is in size A4, panels will be printed in black and white in a reduced size of A5.
　* Small letters, drawings and photos may not be clearly visible, and accordingly, please prepare your panel, using the sizes as large as possible.
　* For the guidebook, we will use the submitted data as they are. Please correct any errors, omissions or inaccuracies before you submit the data.
【Format data】
The format data will be available on the website of the WFC2016. Please download the data to create your panel.
