3. Remember… Unpacking The Sewing Machine
Remove the cover from the machine, taking it off from right to left.
Turn the hand wheel (clockwise) until the needle is at the highest point.
Lift the presser foot.
Check your dials before threading the machine.
Turn on the power point and machine switch.
Packing Up The Sewing Machine
Turn the hand wheel until the needle is at its highest point.
Return the dials to straight stitch.
Place the presser foot down.
Turn the hand wheel (towards you) until the needle is down in the machine.
Place the cover on the machine from right to left.
Turn the machine off at the switch and power point.
Lift the foot control and place beside machine.
Do not wrap the cord around the foot control.
