2/28/2019 Duration: Web link for the survey circulated through to the 128 participants on March 28, 2016 from BCC WG mail and was closed on April 17, 2016. Response: Graph shows date wise response. A total of 29 participants submitted their response to the questionnaire available on the link.

2/28/2019 Questionnaire: Ten questions were designed for the survey; which included the rating of the event, relationship with the program, lessons to be learned and some recommendations on improvement etc. Duration of response was found to be between 02:19 minutes and 36:07 minutes within an average of 12:11 minutes. Out of 29, respondents 21 completed the survey within 15 minutes while 9 were done by 5 minutes. One respondent found to have completed the survey over the day. It appears that out of 29, 21 respondents complete the survey within 15 minutes while 9 of them were done it by 5 minutes. One respondent found to complete the survey by over the day.

2/28/2019 In replying the regular organization of this event 100% respondents were in the affirmative yes, while 76% of them proposed for yearly organization.

Perfect time management Tobacco Control Knowledge & experience gathered from different stalls 'Operational Effectiveness' is critically important to produce best practices Go to people and work among them Nothing Information on Exclusive Breast feeding, Prevention of early marriage, Adolescent Pregnancy causes of maternal death, Leaflets on Ageing nutrition, "Mayer Bank of Shurjer Hashi,Five danger sign of Pregnancy, Booklet of Adolescents and other Family planning related brochure etc. were very useful. Others are doing really god job and we can adopt them instead producing new ones Counseling techniques To make anything best for the peoples it needs concentrated efforts and supported by the policies and institution. Got the scope to learn about success stories of different areas. Diversification in the mode of the presentations were nice. Presentations can be made in many modes, Multi partner share fair can be held Which are SBCC communication; how to identify the best practices of the SBCC communication; ways to present best practices Various types of presentation mode Accumulating different matters in a platform Different types of organization show their different types of activities Best program approach should be presented for more explorations. Learn other Experience Sharing of SBCC best practices gives a opportunity to learn about others work which we can consider for the similar category of SBCC project /activities we are implementing Presentation through entertainment Activities can be presented in different methods Skipped -8
