2. Activity
On a separate sheet of paper or word document, you and a partner need to complete the following tasks:
Find a partner
Select any business (local, national or global)
List the type of business:
sole proprietorship
partnership
corporation
Other (please list what type of business it is)
List advantages and disadvantages of the business type (found in your notes)

3. Research What is it that the business does?
Name the activities that you think they have to do to provide the product or service. (think of the many steps that a business takes in whatever it does)
What is important to this business?
If business is a corporation, what the company’s stock is selling for? (
Size of the company (how many employees)
Owner/CEO or other top-level managers (list all you can find)
Where and when the business was founded
Website of the business
What, if anything would you do to improve the business to make it more profitable
Put your name on the paper and print it or turn it in to me.
