2 SIMPLE LEADING PRACTICE
Applicability When a practice and its adoption does not depend on securing a change in the behaviour of many people. Where a leading practice and its adoption are relatively straightforward and uncomplicated. Where the systematic application of the full spectrum of the adoption processes is unnecessary. Leading the change to zero harm

3 SIMPLE LEADING PRACTICE
Classification Criteria The practice should involve: No significant adjustment to other existing practices on the mine. Few people and levels of management. Few implementation steps. Little or no training and external assistance. No materially negative impact on any person or group of persons at the mine. Leading the change to zero harm

4 SIMPLE LEADING PRACTICE
Approval Procedure A formal review by a panel convened by the Head of the Learning Hub. Review of the motivation documents. Technical site visits by the review panel (where necessary) Presentation by the Adoption Team to the review panel. Deliberations against the criteria. Decision and feedback to the Adoption Team. Leading the change to zero harm
