3. Reports Basics Use reports to gather site-wide information
Level 9 and 10 admins can see all reports
Levels 0-8 won’t see Site Check or Custom Reports
Required Actions contains two reports
Broken Pages
Out-of-Sync Pages
Custom Reports contains nine reports
Admin view
End-User view

4. Reports Basics Administrators will see more data than an end-user
Example
End-user will see only their pages in Checked-Out Content
Administrator will see all checked-out pages
All Reports can be exported as a CSV file

But first… we need to have something to report on!
Login as all three of your users!
“user,” “approver,” and “admin”
Check out files, schedule a few publishes, submit files for workflow, and recycle a page or two!
We want every report to be filled with information!
