The plateau region peoples diet consisted of things like animals from hunting, salmon from fishing rivers, and berries.

Weaving- the women of the Plateau region were skilled weavers. They wove baskets, mats, and clothing. These baskets were made from pine straw, stems, animal hair, hide, grasses, And fine wooden splints.

The economy for the plateau region people back in the day was they made their living off of selling and trading things like furs, skins, and fish.

The Plateau people held ceremonies throughout the year to mark special occasions.
One important time of the year for the Plateau people was the arrival of spring. They held a celebration for the first salmon run and berries. They would hold a celebration with the whole tribe or family and celebrate the night before the day the salmon would be coming down the rivers or the berries would start to ripen.
These celebrations would consist of a lot of dancing and singing. They would use drums for music and some other different instruments.
