Conclusion We need to bridge the data gap on the key sectors of the economy, e.g. construction, services.. We need to train our staff in ways of writing an in-depth analytical report on the surveys carried out by the department, and we need to retain experienced staff through attractive remuneration as Uganda does A forum for a dialog between CSA and the manufacturing establishments needs to be established to minimize non-response Every effort needs to be exerted to create a robust business register system February 28, 2019 Regional Workshop on Compilation of Basic Economic Statistics
