4. How to help children learn to read?
3 For each group there are a set
of activities and materials appropriate for their level.
Children learn in groups and also individually. Teachers or instructors do activities with groups.
As children make progress they move into the next group.
1 Simple one-on-one assessment done to group Std 3, 4 and 5 children by level rather than by grade.

5000 govt primary schools across India impacting close to ~ 350,000 students.
Baseline : 59% children (26%+33%) could not even read simple words.
End line: days later, at endline 77% children can read simple text fluently.
