Huge differences in physical and mental aspects between different places (counties, towns, universities, disciplines, etc.) Make sure that the supervisor has time and interest on your job, money talks. People’s attitudes towards the research Government/University policies about human research Bureaucracy Contact and plan the research well before applying for a Fulbright.
