10. WHAT FIND HOMES OFFERS
Organize site visit of potential tenants to view the property.
Negotiate with tenants on the behalf of owner to get the best deal.
 Prepare and finalize the rental agreement.
Deposit advance in property owners A/c.
Periodically visit the property to ensure that the property is maintained.
Take over the property as and when the tenant vacates the property.
Report damages if any and carry out repairs at reasonable cost.
If property tax is due, then we will deposit the property tax after receiving the amount and copy will be forwarded to owner.
Twice a year FREE pest control will be done.
Twice a year FREE water purifier maintenance will be done.

11. COMMERCIAL CHARGES
Service charges of Rs10,000/- have to pay once you finalize the tenant.
One time deep cleaning charges for cleaning of flat Rs 1000/- collected will be charged separately.
Rs.1000/- per month for monthly maintenance will commence from the date of occupation.
To avail Rent collection and maintenance services our fixed 1000/- pm for first quarter Rs.3000/- be paid in advance ( Non Refundable).
Any other Services for repair/fitments will be charged as per actual . However the services from Find Homes will be free who agreed for our monthly maintenance.
