2. Creating Notification
Run the T-code IW21
Select Notification Type M5(General Notification).
Enter the Description, Planner Group, Work Center etc. and save the Notification.
To forward Notification, change Planner group accordingly.

4. Order Creation Run the T-Code IW31.
Choose Order Type PM06(Capital Investment Order) and Plant(PSPL).
In next screen enter Description, Planner Group as JEE, Work Center in Header Data Tab.
Enter the material required in Components tab and Scheme code and Category in Enhancement Tab.

9. Order Approval Run T-Code IW32(Change Order). Enter the Order Number.
In next screen Change the Planner group to SDO to forward the Order to SDO.
SDO scrutinizes the Order and if competent Approves the Order. Otherwise forwards the Order to XEN/DHD.
Similarly XEN/DHD opens the Order and if competent Approves the Order. Otherwise forwards the Order to SE/CHD untill it is approved by competent authority.
This procedure is followed untill Order is approved by competent authority.

13. Order Release
The approved Order is returned back to SDO through proper Channel by running T-Code IW32 and changing the Planner group accordingly.
SDO opens the Order using T-Code IW32 and clicks on Release button to release the Order.
SDO forwards the Released Order to JE by changing Planner group to JEE.

15. Order approval in Store
JE intimates the Order Number to Store.
XEN/Store authenticates the Order by changing the status to Store XEN Approved.
SDO/Store approves the Order by changing status to Store Incharge Approved.

17. Issue of Material against Order.
Store Keeper runs the T-Code MIGO and selects Goods Issue against Order.
Order number is entered and material in Order is displayed in MIGO screen.
Material to be issued is selected and Quantity to be Issued is entered and Storage Location is selected.
This document is then checked and posted for entry into the system
The Stock of material in system is updated accordingly.

19. Technical Completion.
SDO performs the Technical Completion of Order/Sub Orders by clicking on Complete(Technically) button.

21. Creation of Functional Location.
JE enters T-Code IL01 to create Functional Location corresponding to material installed at site.
JE Enters the General data required and Superior of where this Functional Location needs to be installed.

24. Creation of Equipment.
JE enters T-Code IE01 to create Equipment corresponding to material installed at site.
JE Enters the General data required and the Functional Location where it needs to be installed.
