1 Introductions and Conclusions
The goal of your introduction is to provide your readers with orientation toward the problem. Do not begin your introduction with a question. Your introduction should end with a brief description of your relationship to the problem. Your introduction should refer to a time in your story before the problem emerged.

2 Introductions and Conclusions
Your conclusion should give a sense of completeness even though the story is continuing. Your conclusion should refer to the present and probably the future. Most likely your conclusion will be the only part of your essay where it will be appropriate to make very general statements.

Most likely your introduction will be an edited version of the first paragraph of your current draft. I anticipate the following kinds of edits for the first paragraph: Deletion of sentences at the beginning An additional sentence at the end
