The invasive potential of SKBR-3, NCI-H1229 and LOX-IVI cells is reduced in the presence of 50gm/ml of antibody 9E1, compared to hybridoma medium control (no MAb, representing 100% invasion). Data plotted represent the mean +/- standard deviation of three independent experiments carried out in triplicate.
