9 Injury Prevention..always wear your seatbelt

10 Control your drinking of alcoholic beverages

11 SMILE it will make you feel better!

12 Don’t over indulge yourself

13 BATHE regularly

14 READ to exercise your brain

15 Surround yourself with FRIENDS

16 Stay away from too much CAFFINE

17 Get plenty of exercise

18 Have your eyes checked

19 Eat your greens

20 Believe that people like you for who you are

21 Forgive and Forget

22 Love your Neighbor as yourself!
