Coinsecure started its journey in June 2012, by Benson Samuel where the main focus was to promote awareness and get more people involved in Bitcoin. It gained a lot of momentum through media outlets and meet-ups.
It was then acquired in June 2014 by Mr. Mohit Kalra, an industrialist and Bitcoin enthusiast. Coinsecure has been working on charting out the next - generation offerings for the Bitcoin eco-system in India.
Our head office is in Delhi and houses the banking, compliance, accounts, legal, management and advisory teams. The development center is in Bangalore.
We have a young and energetic team of Developers, Brand Managers and Start-up Champions plus some of the best security researchers in the industry working with us on various aspects of the build.

3. FOUNDERS Mohit Kalra Benson Samuel CEO, Founder
Goal oriented with a powerful vision for Bitcoin in India. He brings his business experience to the table and helps solve technology related issues with the team apart from his core work surrounding compliance, regulation and other pressing issues. He is involved in several Bitcoin projects as an Angel Investor and has strong connections to members of the core Bitcoin development team such as Jeff Garzik and is one of Bitcoins favourite evangelists. An early Bitcoin miner and enthusiast, he is also musician and loves travel.

Terribly passionate about Bitcoin with tremendous grasp and experience of the Bitcoin Ecosystem. Benson loves to build solutions to enable easier access to Bitcoin for everyone. A Scala developer, he has contributed to several open-source projects over the years for various builds. Well connected in the Bitcoin space, he moderates the India forum for Bitcoin, writes blogs and is well established with several coverages in the press and news as well. A powerful advocate of Bitcoin, Benson loves to listen to music and code !
