Why are we here? ● To set up a common understanding of the S-INTEGRATION project aims for all partners ● To present the workplan and expected results, as described in the project proposal ● To review the management and administrative requirements of the programme by sharing appropriate guidelines ● To decide for the working activities of the next months, in terms of work items and partner responsibilities

Main objectives of the project
The project "S-INTEGRATION" wants to start a new, different, way of practicing social integration and inclusion. Children of families that migrated to Europe is experiencing many problems, especially language problems. It’s known that the children are having serious problems in language learning, adaptation to the culture and staying away from bad habits. They are also having difficulties because of not being familiar to the education system and not knowing the language and the culture of the country.

Project aims to develop working skills, language skills, imagination, aspect of searching, and love art, get rid of the daily problems, explore the abilities, provide permanent learning with the help of DRAMA APPLICATIONS. Therefore, educational drama is an important method to while revitalizing of the problems encountered in the process of adaptation.

The project also will achieve the following objectives:
to help in solving the language problem in the interaction with the environment of the child; to develop five basic language skills of children through drama (speaking, listening, reading, writing, visual reading and visual presentation);

to have local authorities to take measures about the problems of immigrant children;
to aware the teachers and decision makers about the problems of immigrant children; to enable the immigrant children to establish healthy relationships with school friends by using the group dynamics of the Drama.

With the help of DRAMA APPLICATIONS they learn
how to express themselves, their feelings and problems. cooperation, sharing, showing respect to others in the child group work and they can carry on these behaviours in their daily lives.

With the help of DRAMA APPLICATIONS
They will feel the taste of working and achieving together despite their differences in the social life and they cooperate each other without looking the identities. Drama helps them to get rid of shyness, timidity and negative emotions. The child develops the ability to empathize and understand other individuals and events around easier.

Project ground rules and procedures
1. Be aware of the objectives, the expected results, the activities to undergo, the tasks to accomplish 2. Take always the Partners’ Agreement and Annexes in account 3. Accomplish all the tasks in your own WORKPLAN 4. Respect deadlines of your own tasks as well as of common tasks 5. Use the tools prepared 6. Follow the funding and the eligible costs rules 7. Do all the activities planned 8. Respect the planned number of mobilities and people (participants) 9. Cooperate in the dissemination actions 10. Maintain communication with all partners

Financial issues: Eligible costs
Expenses will be considered only for the budget categories for which funding is awarded by the NA as specified in Annex I. Only costs directly related to the implementation of approved activities, contained in the project work plan and actually incurred by member organisations of the partnership are eligible. In our project there are three categories of eligible costs that may be covered by the grant: ●organizational costs relating to the preparation of the programme, its implementation and its follow-up ●travel costs and accommodation and subsistence costs of participants coming to the country in which the mobility or the staff meeting takes place ●intellectual outputs and multiplier events

Organizational costs (project management and implementation)- any expenditure devoted to:
●the production of documents or educational, Small-scale learning/teaching/training material ●local activities which are planned in the project and relevant for it: drama labs, participation in local events ●promotional, dissemination and information activities ●conferences, workshops ●management of project secretariat and administration tasks ●

CHECKS The beneficiaries may be subject to the following types of checks: Final report check: NA check at final report stage undertaken at the NA premises in order to establish the final grant amount to which the beneficiaries are entitled. This type of check will be undertaken in all cases; · Desk check: in-depth check of supporting documents at the NA premises, usually at or after final report stage, if the Agreement is included in the NA sample for desk checks required by the European Commission or if the NA included the Agreement for a targeted desk check based on its risk assessment;

On the spot check: check at the premises of the beneficiaries or at any other relevant premise for the execution of the Project. The beneficiaries may be subject to an on the spot check if the Agreement is included in the NA sample for on the spot checks required by the European Commission or if the NA included the Agreement for a targeted on the spot check based on its risk assessment. There are three types of possible on the spot checks: 1.On the spot check during action: check undertaken during the implementation of the Project 2. On the spot check after action: check undertaken after the end of the Project and usually after the final report check; 3. Systems check: check of the beneficiary in order to establish compliance with the commitments undertaken as a result of the consortium

TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS
Budget for the travel and subsistence costs associated with meetings The amount awarded is based on the number of staff participating in each meeting The venue for the meetings should be the town where the receiving organisation is based You need to be able to demonstrate a formal link between your organisation and the individuals participating in the meetings (staff, volunteers,…)

There will be THREE international meetings in each participating country
The number of people at international meetings: written in the application form Supporting documents: declaration signed by the receiving organisation specifying the name of the participant, the purpose of the meeting and its start and end dates

INTELLECTUAL OUTPUTS O1: e-BOOK-Methodology/guidelines of DRAMA APPLICATIONS Methodology/guidelines of DRAMA APPLICATIONS-This e-publication will be a guidance on Drama applications and it will contain the methodolody and applications about the issue. It will be a kind of coursebook and a guidance book to be used in the class for the immigrant students. The publication will contain multimedia including videos demonstrations, animations, weblinks and downloads etc. and will be available in several formats including pdf. O2 Social Emotional Learning Skills Scale O3 Multidimensional Life Satisfaction Scale( MLSS) O4 Children’s Hope Scale O5 Semi-Structured Interview

MULTIPLIER EVENTS E 1: Seminar Covers the costs incurred for organising events aimed at disseminating Intellectual Outputs produced by a project – closing conference in your own town calculated on the basis of the number of participants taking part in each event (staff from partner organisations cannot be included in this figure) not a part of international meetings – indivdually, each partner in his own town

MONEY TRANSFERS 1st TRANSFER: - 40% of the budget - already made in June 2016 2nd TRANSFER 40% of the budget after the mid – term report or when we prove we have spent 70% of the first payment Final transfer - after the submission of the final report

TRANSFERS FROM ONE CATEGORY INTO ANOTHER
budget headings Transnational Project Meetings, Intellectual Outputs, Multiplier Events, can be increased up to a maximum of 20% of the amounts awarded to each. Projects can transfer up to 20% of the funds allocated from any of the above budget headings. Project Management and Implementation and Exceptional Costs can not be increased under any circumstances

When transferring into eligible budget headings, the budget heading receiving the additional funding cannot increase by more than 20% of the amount COMMUNICATION regular checking of s regularly and giving answers to the coordinator - this will enable the success of the project after each activity send the coordinator some pictures and scanned list of attendance – for the website (proof for the NA)

VERY IMPORTANT!!! Reports of the activities every three months – activities carried out and financial report – send it to the coordinator, the coordinator sends it to the NA send photocopies/scannes of all the invoices and certificates of attendance to the coordinator send pictures of the activies send list of participants to the coordinator
