Believed in the heliocentric theory

Scholars would generally refer to ancient Greek and Roman writings and or ideas or to the Bible for all of their scientific questions and answers.
The Medieval Scholars believed in the Geocentric Theory.

Continued the work of Tycho Brahe.
Studied planetary motion.
