2. Flood Determination
The Flood Determination page has been enhanced to do the following: Allow multiple certificates to be stored for each piece of collateral with unique addresses / parcel information New Flood Worksheet functionality has been created to export flood determination data to Excel which will allow the user future customization.

3. Property collateral is built and tied to the Facility.

4. Chose Collateral tab and you will see ‘Flood Determination’, which is permission driven. There are also Flood Calc Worksheet permissions that will need to be assigned in Admin.

5. If the Collateral Category equals Property on the Collateral setup page, it will be displayed on the Flood Determination page. You then can create a New Request. You can see the Property Address is pre-populated. Just click on the Green + to add a flood certificate request.

6. Once the certificate(s) are received back from CoreLogic, you are able to see all the applicable flood certificate information on the page. You also can open and print the actual Flood Certificate and Notice to Borrower.

9. If you need to make changes (for example: Add Parcel Id or Flood Policy Type), you have the ability to save those changes.

10. Once all flood certificates have been requested and returned, the Flood Calculation Worksheet can be created in Excel !

11. You also have the ability to add/remove loans in the file (same collateral, tied to multiple loans)…

12. Next step is to actually create the Flood Calculation Worksheet…

13. Voila! The worksheet is pre-populated with specific fields from the Facility, Collateral and Flood Determination pages.

17. Once you have reviewed the worksheet and added any needed Comments, you can save the worksheet in Loan Vantage by using the “LoanVantage Save” functionality. (Very cool)

18. Once a Flood Calculation Worksheet has been saved, you have the ability to edit the saved worksheet.
