January 11- 2nd Quarter/1st Semester ends Looking Ahead to Next Week
Nevin Coppock 1st Grade BE SUPER! Mr. Brown Super Star Student of the Week: Bradley Clark Next week we will be learning all about different “Polar Animals” such as polar bears, walruses, and emperor penguins. Students will be exploring many informational texts. We will focus our learning around finding the main idea and supporting details of nonfiction texts. In math, we will complete the final lessons in Chapter 5 and take the chapter test. Chapter 6 focuses on place value and understanding tens and ones.
