Crawford Yearbook!
Yearbooks will be $15.00 each. A limited number of copies will be printed, so you will need to order in advance to make sure to get one! Yearbooks will be distributed to students in May at which time they will be able to take them to recess to exchange signatures with their friends.

To guarantee that you receive a yearbook, please return this form to the office with payment not later than April 16th. We cannot guarantee that orders received after this date will be filled.
If you are moving away before school ends, you can order a copy of the yearbook
and it will be mailed to you at the end of the school year. Contact the front office for
more information.
