Definition of Soak Area to be added:
Proposal 1: Definition of Soak Area to be added: Soak area : The soak area shall have a temperature of 25 ± 5 °C and be such that the test vehicle to be preconditioned can be parked in accordance with point of this part B2. Justification: To align with Euro-5 requirements clause No of Annex II of EU 134/2014

There are two sets of requirements for measurement accuracy:
Proposal 2: There are two sets of requirements for measurement accuracy: One in clause No and the second set of requirement in clause No clause no clause no 3.4.7 Proposal: Both these measurement accuracies need to be studied from duplication point of view and only one should be retain.

India Comment on clause No. 4.1.1.2.2
Proposal 3 : India Comment on clause No Once the procedure for CO2 and FE will be finalize we need to revisit this flow chart and text for appropriate changes to take care of calculations of CO2 for the number of tests required e.g.---Ri1, Ri2, Ri3.

Proposal 4 : The test is designed to determine hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, particulate matter mass emissions if applicable and energy efficiency measurements such as fuel consumption while simulating real-world operation. The test consists of engine start-ups and vehicle operation on a chassis dynamometer, through a specified driving cycle. A proportional part of the diluted exhaust emissions gases is collected continuously for subsequent analysis, using a constant volume (variable dilution) sampler (CVS). Comment: As Hybrid electric vehicle is not covered in current scope, hence propose to delete this text.

Proposal 4 : Comment: Figure B.2.-4 in clause No Particulate sampling probe configuration needs to be deleted as it is duplication of figure A5/13 in clause No Figure A5/13 is appropriate.
