a numbered list of requirements for the new system,
requirements must come from your fact recording
requirements should be very specific
at least requirements for the new system,
use the sub-headings from the exemplars
will be used in the evaluation section of the project,
include input, storage, processing and output requirements
menus, entry screens, search screens, data tables, calculations, print outs,
do not say how the requirements are to be implemented,
signed, dated & agreed by your client
