9. Spring Work-Outs Monday – Power cleans, upright high pulls, Dips, pull-ups. Tuesday – Squat, Bench, Dumbbell Flys, Dips, and pull-ups. Thursday – Circuit Training Workout (Tire Press, Sledge Hammer, Plyos, Weighted Sled Pull, Slingshots. Thursday after the circuit we will have 7 on 7 competition on the football field.
