10 PERFORMANCE COURSE SUMMER WORKOUTS This is the most important thing your athlete can do this summer! Not mandatory but very important. Gym memberships and trainers are great to get Extra work. Nothing takes place of teammates working out together. Professional Strength /Speed Staff on LSHS Campus www.performancecourse.com JUNE 16-JULY 31 st MON-THURS OFF WEEK OF JULY 4 TH Workout times – 7-9am (10-12) and 10:45am-12:15pm (6-9) Vacations / Camps are great: be here when in town. Parents make sure kids are here!

12 PARENT COMMUNICATION We want you to be involved in our program. Communication is key to a successful relationship. Make sure your son openly communicates with his position coach, coordinator, and head coach. We cannot help if we do not know there is a problem. This should occur before a coach receives an email or phone call from parent. Trying to teach these young men responsibility.
