2 COURSE MK 3002 Basics of Physical Movement II - 3 ECTS, spring semester register your course in ÕIS - Code is MK 3002 choose the field of sport by coach Requirements to pass the course: Attend 24 contact hours/training classes Individual work (game observations) Test on basic knowledge in Moodle introductory weeks (trainings 10 and 12) full timetable additional week (trainings 10 and 12)

3 FIELD OF SPORTS OFFERED
Choose your field of sport and make sure to find the right coach/coordinator: Group Fitness (body&mind, endurance, strength) – Coordinator Lilian Valge Fitness Gym - Head Coach Risto Jamnes Basketball, Volleyball – Head Coach Kris Killing Badminton, Table tennis – Head Coach Madis Koit Contact hours are both guided and individual

4 ORGANIZATION OF THE COURSE
For entrance you need ISIC/Estonain Student Card, which you can get from Student Union U Without the card you will not be able to enter the sports hall or attend classes. You must validate three times: FIRST VALIDATION: Entering the sport center, at security gates SECOND VALIDATION: In the training room THIRD VALIDATION: leaving the sport center, at the security gates. You have to stay in the building at least 60-minutes Gates open 30-min prior and 10-min after the classes start (e.g. class starts at 10, you get in )

9 IN CONCLUSION Get familiar with the timetable
Keep YOUR personal ISIC card with you all the time, make sure it works Take a 2€ coin with you – needed for the lockers. Make sure you have INDOOR SHOES that you do not wear outside. Take water and towel to the trainings. Don’t be late to the class.
