3. Who is eligible???
Total household income at or below 225% of Federal Poverty Guideline or
Already Participating in:
Lifeline - Section 8
General Welfare - SSI
HEAP - PAAD
TANF - Universal Service Fund
Primary Residence, name of record with the gas or electric utility
Customers must live in a house, apt, townhome etc with 1-14 units that are individually metered
Home owners and renters (with Landlord permission)

4. Program Objectives
Partner with low-income customers to reduce the overall energy consumption and energy bills.
Increase participants health, safety and comfort in their homes
Make the customer’s energy bills more affordable
Provide all work performed at NO COST to the participant

5. How Do We Achieve These Objectives?
Provide site-specific, customer energy education empowering the customer to take control of his or her energy usage and energy bills
Install appropriate, cost-effective energy savings products and measures
Team certified by the Building Performance institute (BPI)
