Teach, lead, or direct program activities! Resolve any incidents or emergencies with Catholic University or on-site help, if needed. Submit an incident report upon resolution of the incident. Maintain financial records.

7 Crisis Management Protocol
Remove the participants from danger Contact local authorities to start handling the situation. Call police, medical personnel, US Embassy, as appropriate. Call Public Safety at Give them the details of the situation. They will coordinate the on-campus response and help you decide what to do next. Call UnitedHealthcare Global for assistance in evaluating the situation if there is a medical emergency involved. View the Catholic University Overseas Crisis Management Protocol online. You’re not necessarily responsible for solving all incidents. With some, you may just need to ‘move the box’ to someone appropriate. Do not leave a hurt student unattended. It’s best to have 2 staff on the program or other on-site assistance. If neither is available, consult CUA to decide how to handle the situation.
