Appointments can be made by ringing Every effort is made to provide the patients appointments at their preferred times. It is advisable to ring and make an appointment prior to attending, however, our surgery is very accommodating and patients can be seen without a prior appointment in emergency situations. Longer appointments are available on request or where necessary.
The doctor can be contacted during surgery hours. If the doctor is unavailable a message will be taken and the patient will be informed when it is likely that the doctor will be able to return their call. In an emergency, the patient will always be able to speak to the doctor. 1 1

Fees are payable at the time of the consultation by cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercad, Bankcard, EFTPOS. Medicare EASYCLAIM is available for patients who are registered with Medicare. Bulk-billing is available for patients who hold Health Care, Pension and Veterans’ Affairs Cards. Patients who are referred to specialists and/or X-rays might incur out-of-pocket expenses.
