How does one know he was not baptized? Upon whom does the burden of proof fall? It should fall on the one who has brought him into the conversation. It is assumed he wasn’t baptized.

Once Jesus died, His new covenant came into effect through which He now exercises His authority. His new covenant requires baptism.
