Advice Take as many pre-reqs as you can
It is not necessary to take honors level classes (ie. Take MATH 116/Regular Calc 2 instead of MATH 186/Honors Calc 2) Go to as many SAM events even if you are not sure. It will help! Network, be involved, meet with other actuaries and learn about the program Day in the Life, workshops Attend the Actuarial Career Fair to gain experience speaking with companies. They will recognize you next year Don’t stress about getting an internship, focus on your GPA and classes Meet with Roger Natarajan or SAM Board Members if you have any questions about classes, exams, working at companies
