Just completed 3 buildings on Walnutview – Deb will provide more details. Repairs of concrete & asphalt deterioration will demand more of our future reserve spending.

New rule based on Bylaws: Article XI, Section 4. The board may adapt such rules and regulations to enhance or beautify the community.
