Recommendations from Maint TG:
IEEE Std is still a valid and useful document. Recommend to reaffirm.
IEEE Std /Conformance is no longer valid as there is no known implementation of the SC PHY for GHz in the marketplace, and no members of the IEEE WG are supporting that feature of the standard. Also IEEE Std /Conformance and IEEE Std /Conformance are now withdrawn. Recommend to withdraw.
