2018 Colorado Income Inequality Ratio: 20.6
In 2018, Economic Policy Institute released a new report showing that Colorado’s inequality ration is 20.6, which means the 1 percent’s average wage in Colorado is 20.6 times more than the bottom 99 percent’s average. This means that the one percent’s average is $1.26 million and vs. $61,000 of the 99%. equal and attainable access to higher education racial tensions automation taking over the middle class’s jobs, and governmental tendencies of taxing the middle class more than the wealthy. However, we will be focusing on a more narrow aspect of this problem which is a lack of opportunities available to individuals without a college education. In an effort to lessen the effects of income inequality in the greater Denver Metro Area, we will partner with Arapahoe Work Force and similar programs in an effort to recruit ●market, and inform those of ages between 16-24, low in educational qualifications, and ●affected by low-income of job opportunities. These people are often times in their prime ●working years and can provide significant outputs to our economy, making the Denver ●economy stronger and less polarized. ●Team Income Inequality will work with companies such as AWF to be the liaison between ● companies willing to train low-education individuals to provide them with growing ●career opportunities, and the individuals needing the resources.

Problem Identification
Overall Causes Unequal access to higher education Lack of job training programs Automation (robots taking over jobs) Corruption (tax cuts for the wealthy) Low minimum wages After doing some researches , we realized the income inequality is now a serious issue in us We address causes that we think the most effective Based on our analysis, in 2015 the top 1% income earners occupied 22% of US national income And in 2014, the average annual income of the top 400 income earners is 320 million What does 320 million means? For example, you get a job for 100,000 per month, you should work for 266 years to earn this amount

Measuring Impact Advertisements effectiveness Wages
Then we should measure how much impact that we made There are lots of impacts our program could make, but we mainly focused on these two In order to measure how many people can see the ads, we will ask Arapahoe workforce to send out surveys to their new members to ask whether they see them and where do they see them So we can have an overview of which kind ad is the most effective, then we may spend more on that For the wages, we hope to increase 25%-30% wages for young adults
