The Varsity Head Coach should oversee all levels Too little or too much success are detrimental to development Transition years are critical Programs need strong youth, junior high, and high school components 10 year process

8 Recommendation for Field Hockey
Drop the sport Replace hockey with another girls sport like cross country or volleyball. If we do not change our approach to the sport I would recommend giving hockey another two years. We develop chances for girls to be exposed to the sport and to hone their skills. If we do change our approach to the sport

10 How the L.L. Athletic League Works
1. Lancaster Lebanon Athletic Directors Association (26 Members) All agenda items are comprised of suggestions from the leagues Athletic Directors Items discussed are voted on and moved to the Board of Control 2. Board of Control (9 Members - Superintendents, Principals) Listen, discuss and provide insight to work produced by the Athletic Directors Votes to modify or approve Athletic Director discussion items 3. Lancaster Lebanon Secondary School association (26 Principals or Designee) Meets 3 times a year for a final vote based on items which were passed and discussed by the AD Association and Board of Control
