Forms – which can gather information and be attached to an Activity. Resource Links –which provide more information about the Activity Discount Codes and Locations

Forms and Resource Links You can create sign-up Forms and add Resource Links to provide more information about the Activity. Typically, you’ll create your Form before creating it’s Activity so you can select it in the Activity’s Forms option.

4 Create your Forms and Resource Links in the Settings Tab.
Creating a Form Create your Forms and Resource Links in the Settings Tab. Browse to Setting>Forms and click. Existing Forms will be displayed. Click Click Add Form to create a new Form. You can Archive forms you no longer need. Edit and Preview using these Actions. Text- Allows free text entry of data you define. Browse to Setting. Linking Resources to an Activity is optional. A Resource Link is a hyperlink to documents or web pages to provide more information about an Activity. Click Resource Links. Click Add Resource to create a new Resource Link. Discount Codes and Locations can be used with Activities (also optional features)! Discount Codes can be configured to provide purchasers of Activities a range of discounts. A Location can be created and added to an Activity (but this is usually handled in the body of your Form).
