Definition: fermented juice of grapes with or without permitted food additive
Quality requirement:
smell and taste normal and typical;
ethyl alcohol 20% v/v;
methyl alcohol max 0.1% v/v against the absolute alcohol
volatile acids (calculated as acetic acid) max 0.2 g/100 ml;
preservative appropriate SNI;
coloring and artificial sweeteners negatively;
Heavy metals: Pb max 0,2 mg/kg; Cu max 2 mg/kg; Zn max 2 mg/kg; Sn max 40 mg/kg; Hg max 0,03 mg/kg; As max 0,1 mg/kg; ;
Microbial impurities: TPC max 200 cfu/ml; coliform Max 20 MPN/ml; E. coli < 3 MPN/ml; Salmonella negative per 25 ml
