SELECTION PROCESS AT THE CAMPUS
Stage 1 : Group Discussions - on topics given by us. We would be observing candidates on Command of language; Participation style; Knowledge of the topic and, Enthusiasm

CAMPUS SHORTLISTING PROCESS (CONTD)
Stage 2 : English Communication Test – To check for proficiency in English Language Stage 3 : ( Final round ) Personal Interviews – candidates clearing Stage 2 , will be called for Personal Interviews, at the Campus, on the same day.

FINAL SELECTION AT CORPORATE OFFICE ( INTERCONTINENTAL THE GRAND NEW DELHI )
All Campus Short listed candidates will be interviewed by a panel headed by Mr Farhat Jamal –President and Chief Operating Officer –The Grand Group Exact dates of Interview shall be communicated well in advance through Institute Principals.

Programme Duration FRONT OFFICE / HOUSEKEEPING / F&B SERVICE : 18 months FOOD PRODUCTION : 2 Years ( 24 months ) On successful completion of the Training Program , candidates will be absorbed as Asst Manager, grade RL 5

REMUNERATION DURING THE PROGRAM
1ST Month Till 12TH month = 12000/- per month 12th to 24th Month = 15000/- per month OTHER BENEFITS RETENTION BONUS = 24000/- ( at end of the program duration ) SHARED SEMI FURNISHED ACCOMMODATION CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE FROM COMPANY ACCOMM. ONLY MEDICAL INSURANCE / FREE DUTY MEALS .
