Doing a 1031 Exchange An exchange involves 2 or more players

After a 1031 Exchange All players who have received cards must place them in escrow They may not be placed in the player’s hand An escrow must be open or available If an escrow is not open or available, the player must close escrow or have a deal fall through in order to clear an escrow card © 2007 Bernice L.
