4 Training Concept A train-the-trainer concept was developed that consisted of workshops of several days each where academic staff from Montenegro was trained by international experts on topics such as eHealth or health economics. According to the specific expertise of the EU partner institutions, the trainings were carried out within the range of their specific fields at the respective partner institution. Additional trainings were performed jointly at the ME HEIs partner institutions with a combination of topics. Training events will be aimed on enhancing teaching and expert competencies in specific fields of public health. The subdivision of the reported domains can be seen on the following table:
