Is a project AMITA Health is currently leading that will impact all associates. You will continue to hear about this project as you continue to orient and onboard as a new associate. Here is what it will mean for you: “Aligning” in the first statement means integrating together as AMITA Health. Currently working as two legacy systems and goal is to unify operational systems across AMITA so that we can operating collaboratively and cohesively as an organization. You will hear about Symphony from your Manager. Each department also has dedicated Super Users that will be key support and point people for you.

WHAT IS SYMPHONY? An operational system designed to align and standardize processes in Finance, Human Resources (HR) and Supply Chain. Symphony is supported by common data platforms called PeopleSoft (Finance) and Kronos (Timekeeping). © 2015 AMITA Health 15811

iAMITA is our Intranet. Everyone has access to this platform for all information, resources and information important to AMITA Health Associates. iAMITA is customized to you as the user. You will scroll down to access rAMITA. rAMITA is the portal or Symphony Gateway to all of the functions you will use as an associate for AMITA Health.

You will be prompted for a USER ID and Password.

During Orientation, you have been provided an AMITA HEALTH NETWORK ID – this is your username You were also provided a “dummy” password to initiate you in the portal. myLearning – Learning Management System New Hire Onboarding Acknowledgements Information Management AMITA Hand Hygiene Workplace Violence Harassment Diversity Confidentiality Agreement HIPAA Level 1 or 2 as appropriate Fraud and Abuse 1 or 2 ONBOARDING ASSIGNMENTS NEW ASSOCIATE ONBOARDING LEARNING ASSIGNMENTS As a new associate, you will complete education and training online via our Learning Management System – known as myLearning You will see assigned courses that ALL ASSOCIATES complete in the first 30-days of their new employ. You will also see Symphony Courses also assigned. These will provide a foundation for you as we transition to rAMITA. You will also be able to access courses for reference even after complete – nice library for continuous learning, reinforcement and review. © 2015 AMITA Health 15811
