1. Search for Identity The main character needs to discover:
-Who they are? -What their purpose is? -Where they fit in? -Where they came from? They are searching for those key questions that will help them figure out who they are and who they want to be.

2. Journey in search of knowledge
There is some information the hero needs to find in order to: 1. Fix a conflict or stop a conflict from happening. 2. Complete a quest 3. Save people 4. Learn something important about themselves.

3. Pursuit of Vengeance “You killed my father, prepare to die?”
The hero is attempting to bring “justice” to someone who has down them/their loved ones harm. The revenge plot can end in mainly 3 ways: 1. The hero gets their revenge (will feel accomplished/ will feel bad) 2. One or both of the characters will die 3. The hero gives up on their quest for revenge

Quest for love The hero is attempting to gain the affection of someone. 1. Must (earn love): prove they are worthy of love 2. Must seek out love (go find your soulmate) 3. The Hero must regain the love the lost. -They messed up so now they have to fix what they broke

Mission to save 1. Save their people 2. Save their loved ones
3. Save their world/community/kingdom/land 4. Save their way of life/culture.
