20. The journey from REPENTANCE FROM DEAD WORKS to FAITH TOWARD GOD is somewhat different for the Jew and Gentile because the Gentiles were never subject to the Law of Moses.
NARRATIVE: This is something to keep in mind when you are reading the New Testament. Is it addressed to the Jews, the Gentiles, or the Church of God? Hebrews is written to the Jews. Gentile Christians can learn a lot from this letter, but they have to be careful how they apply it.
