Share staff between Circulation/Reserves and Interlibrary Services Share expensive scanning equipment between Reserves and Interlibrary Services Staff Reference services efficiently Arrange CSD staff based on services, not legacy print collections

BAIRS planning – Linda Cobbs Other responsibility changes – after looking at procedures and workflow Creation of Access Services Unit Merger of Circulation and Interlibrary Services Access Services unit leader – Ken Carriveau All reporting lines remain the same, except those who have reported to Linda will now report to Ken

Science reference collection Government documents reference collection Government documents microforms and maps 2/3 of government documents print collection Remaining 1/3 of government documents collection weeded per FDLP guidelines or moved to cage Moving to Moody Garden Level General collection Z’s Zeta’s Moving to General Collection Materials no longer needed for the Reference Collection can be moved into the General Collection
