Thistle Spray Plastering Introduction - Projection plastering What is it? Projection plastering is the use of a machine to apply the plaster. It will increase the rate at which plaster can be applied and will increase productivity during a project.

Thistle Spray Plastering Projection plastering Application in just 4 easy steps Step 1. Mix Simply open the bag over the worm pump spray machine hopper and the machine automatically mixes the plaster to a consistent mix on demand. Step 2. Spray Thistle Spray Finish is sprayed to an even thickness of 2mm. The first 1mm layer is sprayed horizontally and the second 1mm layer is sprayed vertically. Step 3. Flatten After minutes, the sprayed surface is flattened with a wide spatula or standard trowel. Step 4. Trowel The surface is trowel finished in three stages, just like our other Thistle finishing plasters. The final trowel is done at around 110 minutes. The wall/ceiling is now finished. Once dry, the surface is ready for decorating with no need for any sanding or additional treatment.
